Blemish Foaming Cleanser

Skin type: Normal or Oily

I have minor acne, but my skin is very oily and prone to blackheads. My problem is that once I apply makeup, you can already see the oil shining through after I’m out the door. Because of this, my face always looks very oily, and isn’t very camera friendly. The picture catches all the oily spots, making it the focal point of my face. There are many products out there that are made for acne and oily skin, none of which have worked for me. I was lucky enough to come across DDF Blemish Foaming Cleanser, and the results were incredible. It was gentle to my skin, removed all my makeup, and noticeably tightened my pores just after one month’s use. The product also contained salicylic acid, like all the products in the DDF line, which helped to penetrate deeply into my pores and exfoliate my skin. I believe cleansing is essential to your daily routine, so once you stop using it, it stops working.

Matte Daily Moisturizer SPF 15

Skin Type: Oily skin

Love this moisturizer! I recommend this to anyone having problems with controlling shine, and especially for those looking for a moisturizer that contains SPF. Products that contain SPF usually leave the skin feeling greasier than ever, even if it says oil-free. I read a lot of great reviews about this product before using it, making it one of my top must-try moisturizers. I had a good feeling that it would work for me, and wasn’t surprised that it worked fantastically on my oily skin. The product felt so light, leaving it matte and oil-free. After having make-up on the whole day in the hot weather, I could tell that the moisturizer lived up to its hype. NO SHINY T-ZONE! Fantastic!

Glycolic 10% Exfoliating Oil Control Gel

Skin type: Normal, Oily or Combination

For the first few days, the Oil Control Gel stung a little bit during application, but my skin later adjusted to this afterwards. I applied it two times a day, every day after I washed my face in the morning and before I went to bed. After two weeks, I noticed results instantly! My skin was incredibly softer and my pores were slowly disappearing. Best of all, it kept my random blemishes from coming back.

Sulfur Therapeutic Mask:

Skin type: Oily combination

I’ve tried Proactive, Murad, Clearasil - anything you name, I’ve tried it all. All of these products were making my skin worse and some even gave me an allergic reaction! This mask was the first product that actually healed my blemishes, and visibly minimized the pores on my nose. I found that it could also be used as a spot treatment, leaving it on overnight to fight breakouts, or using it once a week on my nose. The results really amazed me, and I don’t think I will be able to live without this therapeutic mask. I even got my brother using this, and he LOVES it!

    This product’s purpose is a drying and bleaching agent. It lives up to its purpose; the down fall is that it makes your face extremely dry, and at times irritable. Within week 2 and 3, my skin was breaking out and dryness was occurring not only at problem areas. The end of week 4; skin has no acne, but left with scars.
    Good points about this product are; that for the first week, it left my skin soft and with a refreshing clean feeling and lastly but most important it got rid of my acne.
    Over all; I would recommend this product to those that are starting to get acne, not to those that have had acne for awhile. The scars that I was left with I’m unsure if they were a result of this product or the fact that I had this problem for awhile.
